vitamin creams are often overlooked in beauty routines. These creams result in major improvements in the condition of your skin. Of course different vitamins are good for different skin issues.
It is probably that you take a general vitamin each day. Applying a vitamin cream to your face or other areas of the body should be no different. A vitamin cream should be applied topically. This means they go on your skin rather than in your mouth. The results of this application are completely different than if you took the vitamins orally.
There are four major players when you are dealing with topical vitamins. Your skin can derive benefit from nearly every vitamin. But these four help deal with major skin care issues.
A vitamin cream should go directly on a problem area. Depending on the skin problem you are treating, your cream should contain:
• Vitamin A for results of tighter skin. Vitamin A helps skin stay hydrated. It also gives skin a more youthful look. Vitamin A is also found in some creams as retinol. It can cause sensitivity to the sun. Use it carefully.
• Vitamin E for scarring. Vitamin E helps heal tears and scars. This makes it a great treatment for deep wrinkles. Lots of people use vitamin E oil on scars and stretch marks.
• Vitamin K dramatically adjusts discoloration. Vitamin K is required for many rosacea problems. It also helps with sun and age spots. Some types of vitamin K creams can cause you to break out. Make sure that you monitor your skin closely for the results that you want.
• If you need Anti-aging action, choose vitamin C. Vitamin C is a great healer internally and externally. Vitamin C can actually heal up your wrinkles. But it can blister sensitive skin. Use it carefully and monitor your results.
You can definitely get serious results with topically applied vitamins. When paired with an oral vitamin as well, you will find that the correct form of vitamin cream results in dramatically improved skin.
Homeopathy remedies have been used for decades to help relieve symptoms caused by common ailments. There are many people who believe that homeopathy remedies are the only way to go. However, after scientific and clinical research reached the stage of being able to test these medical infusions it became questionable as to whether or not they actually worked and the medical practice of homeopathy became known as a pseudo science and an alternative rather than mainstream medical practice.
Reasons Why Homeopathy Remedies May Not Work
The reason why homeopathy remedies may not work is due to the dilution. Dilution is the essential process to creating homeopathy remedies. In order to create the medicinal infusion that is central to homeopathic medicine a person trained in this practice takes a compound of either herbs or medicines or a combination of both and then dilutes this compound, in a solution, usually of water.
The diluted mixture is then diluted over and over again as many as 12 times in order to create the final product. Scientific and clinical research has shown that by the time the dilution has been completed, the process has rendered a solution that is primarily inert. In other words, by the time the dilution process is over the original herbal compound has little to no place within the infusion.
As a result of this, it is nearly impossible to receive actual benefit from these types of medical practices. However, there are some individuals that do receive benefits from this type of alternative medical practice. There are a couple of reasons as to why some individuals receive benefits from these types of compounds. Primarily individuals who believe strongly in alternative medical practices can mentally create a positive result from the inert infusion because of their strong belief in its ability to assist them.
There are also some people who believe that the healing essence of the herbal compound is released into the solution through each one of the solutions and as a result, the compound is defective. These individuals also usually believe in the ability of energy manipulation to promote healing within the body. However, there is no scientific evidence to back the practice of homeopathy this is the reason why the practice has gone from being a primary source of medical knowledge and treatment to a pseudo science and alternative medical practice.
Nevertheless, always check with your primary care provider before beginning any new treatment.
Homeopathy was once the alternative to more barbaric medical practices and at one point was the medicinal choice of most people. However, as scientific and clinical research techniques advance, more and more evidence shows that Homeopathy might not be all it is reputed to be. In fact, it just might be proven to be a complete and total hoax with no greater benefit than a placebo.
What Is Involved In Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is an alternative medicinal practice that involves the creation of infusions by diluting herbal compounds and medicines into a solution. The basics of Homeopathy involve mixing a compound and then diluting the compound over and over again in order to create the infusion. The infusion is then ready for the patient.
The dilution varies though it can some times be diluted as many as twelve times. This means that by the time the infusion is ready for the patients the solution is often times no different from the diluting solution. In other words, even though it started out as a heavy herbal compound and water by the time the diluting is done it is basically just water.
The principal behind this particular practice is that the individuals receive the essence of the compound, which is released into the solution each time it is diluted. This essence or healing power is what makes the solution viable. Unfortunately, there is no scientific evidence to support that this is the case. There are people who benefit from this medical practice. There are two conclusions, which can be drawn from people who benefit from this type of alternative medicine.
The first is that they truly believe in it and therefore receive benefit through psychosomatic tendencies. In other words, they believe it works so strongly that it actually does by triggering biological responses in the body. The other is that they possibly could be highly sensitive to the herbal compound and are able to receive some benefit from the small amounts, which might be found in the infusion.
There are other possibilities the most likely of which is that the compound was not diluted enough to remove the actual compound and so the ratio of solution to compound is high enough to initiate a biological response. Up until the 1920?s however, this was a highly accepted medical practice and there were a number of schools that taught it exclusively. It gained popularity during the times of purging and blood letting as an alternative to these often harsh and ineffective means of curing illness.
